About the role
- manage a team of field marketing specialists
- develop and execute local promotional calendars
- support large openings and ensure all components are ready for implementation
- train field teams on new planograms/products and services to ensure proper setup

Requirements
- requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant or food service operation
- experience managing a small team a plus
- strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
