About the role
- Plans, schedules, assigns, and monitors daily attendant assignments
- Manage and evaluate employees; counsel; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
- Provides pantry attendants with ongoing feedback
- Maintain accurate inventory and receiving on a weekly basis
- Manage the ordering, delivery and stocking of items at client location
- Communicate with customer's employees about new product interest
- Driving profitability and growth of existing client
- Develops the Service and Safety culture
- Ensures optimal pantry executions across the client sites
- Resolves service issues for clients
- Maintains all business records, documentation and administrative standards
Requirements
- Prior Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in logistics or related tasks
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Client interaction, communication, organization/time management, multi-tasking and computer skills are critical to the success of this role.
- The ability to work efficiently and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
