About the role

  • Plans, schedules, assigns, and monitors daily attendant assignments
  • Manage and evaluate employees; counsel; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
  • Provides pantry attendants with ongoing feedback
  • Maintain accurate inventory and receiving on a weekly basis
  • Manage the ordering, delivery and stocking of items at client location
  • Communicate with customer's employees about new product interest
  • Driving profitability and growth of existing client
  • Develops the Service and Safety culture
  • Ensures optimal pantry executions across the client sites
  • Resolves service issues for clients
  • Maintains all business records, documentation and administrative standards

Requirements

  • Prior Management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in logistics or related tasks
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Client interaction, communication, organization/time management, multi-tasking and computer skills are critical to the success of this role.
  • The ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
