- Develop and execute environmental services solutions to meet customer needs
- Oversee overall cleanliness of a hospital including floor care, patient room cleaning, and trash removal
- Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions
- Develop custodial program to meet client and customer demands and specifications
- Responsible for building revenue and managing budget
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Healthcare experience required
- Knowledge of Joint Commission preferred.
