About the role
- Provide HR generalist support for assigned accounts.
- Manage and administer HR processes.
- Provide leadership and support to managers and employees.
- Identify best practices and organizational efficiencies.
- Mentor and train line managers on HR policies.
- Responsible for recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, and development.
- Handle employee relations issues and policy interpretation.
- Create and implement HR processes within Aramark guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives and morale programs.
Requirements
- PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
- Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development required.
- Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate and consult with multiple levels of management.
- Strong analytical skills are required.
- Ability to train and make presentations is required.
