About the role

  • Supervise and schedule security staff to maintain 24/7 coverage across resort facilities.
  • Monitor security systems, patrols, and incident reporting to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and guest or staff safety concerns.
  • Conduct regular inspections of resort grounds and housing areas for security risks.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
  • Manage housing assignments for seasonal employees.
  • Oversee housing facilities, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to occupancy policies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for housing-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and maintain accurate housing records.
  • Train staff on housing policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Prepare reports on security incidents, housing occupancy, and operational updates.
  • Develop and enforce safety and housing guidelines in alignment with resort policies.
  • Assist with budgeting for security operations and housing maintenance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in security management or hospitality operations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
