About the role

  • Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliations and reporting
  • Support month-end processes and ensure accurate data entry
  • Maintain compliance with contractual and financial frameworks
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager and operational teams to provide timely information
  • Help implement new systems and processes for a high-profile venue
  • Respond to queries and provide excellent internal customer service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Experience in hospitality or events (desirable but not essential)
