About the role
- Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliations and reporting
- Support month-end processes and ensure accurate data entry
- Maintain compliance with contractual and financial frameworks
- Work closely with the Finance Manager and operational teams to provide timely information
- Help implement new systems and processes for a high-profile venue
- Respond to queries and provide excellent internal customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Experience in hospitality or events (desirable but not essential)
