About the role
- Direct in-bound and out-bound inventories of merchandise, equipment and supplies
- Track, reconcile, and order product inventories
- Communicate with affected managers and frontline personnel regarding product changes
- Manage warehouse workforce that receives, stocks, rotates, and pulls product
- Participate in the hiring process for warehouse team
- Responsible for training, coaching and performance management of team members
- Monitor workflow and ensure proper inventories are pulled
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or related operations
- Experience with direct reports including hiring, coaching, and developing talent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
