About the role
- Manage all hospitality operations for match days, concerts and major events
- Lead and motivate a large team of supervisors and service staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and food standards at all times
- Work closely with culinary and operations teams to maintain service quality and consistency
- Oversee staffing plans, training and development to build a high-performing team
- Monitor budgets, control costs and maximise profitability without compromising quality
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management within stadiums, arenas, hotels, or large-scale venues
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Passion for hospitality and delivering premium guest experiences
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and KPIs
