About the role

  • Develop and deliver a sales strategy to hit ambitious revenue targets
  • Lead and grow a dedicated sales team
  • Drive new business across meetings, incentives, conferences and events
  • Build strong relationships with partners, promoters and clients
  • Oversee marketing plans, pricing, and booking systems for non-event day activity
  • Represent Aramark and Principality Stadium at networking events, trade shows and site visits

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in hospitality or venue sales, with at least 3 years in management
  • Proven ability to create and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Commercially savvy, with a track record of driving revenue and building long-term client relationships
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for food, hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences
