About the role
- Develop and deliver a sales strategy to hit ambitious revenue targets
- Lead and grow a dedicated sales team
- Drive new business across meetings, incentives, conferences and events
- Build strong relationships with partners, promoters and clients
- Oversee marketing plans, pricing, and booking systems for non-event day activity
- Represent Aramark and Principality Stadium at networking events, trade shows and site visits
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in hospitality or venue sales, with at least 3 years in management
- Proven ability to create and execute innovative sales strategies
- Commercially savvy, with a track record of driving revenue and building long-term client relationships
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Passion for food, hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences
