About the role
- Perform a wide variety of sophisticated duties within a very fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Utilize initiative and judgment in managing various matters, including coordinating and maintaining effective office procedures and efficient work flows
- Act as the liaison for office logistics
- Support the teams with the on-boarding of new team members
- Provide calendar management as needed
- Coordinates travel arrangements and meeting logistics for teams
- Support budget management, invoice management and consultant/contractor onboarding and off boarding
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 5-7 yrs of administrative experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise tact and judgment when handling confidential matters daily
- Ability to be resilient, composed, and positive when experiencing challenges
- Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly shifting environment
