About the role

  • Perform a wide variety of sophisticated duties within a very fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Utilize initiative and judgment in managing various matters, including coordinating and maintaining effective office procedures and efficient work flows
  • Act as the liaison for office logistics
  • Support the teams with the on-boarding of new team members
  • Provide calendar management as needed
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and meeting logistics for teams
  • Support budget management, invoice management and consultant/contractor onboarding and off boarding
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 5-7 yrs of administrative experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise tact and judgment when handling confidential matters daily
  • Ability to be resilient, composed, and positive when experiencing challenges
  • Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly shifting environment
