About the role
- Oversee catering, retail, and cleaning services across the main site at Liverpool.
- Manage budgets and ensure top-tier service delivery for clients and customers.
- Lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Full P&L accountability – meet revenue and margin targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar setting (Hospitality or Retail).
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
- Background in catering or retail management.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to foster client relationships.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
