About the role
- Create annual forecast/budget by location
- Create weekly/monthly/annual financial reports
- Coordination of general accounting functions
- Journal entry posting
- Control of subsidiary ledgers
- Balancing of all accounts on a monthly basis
- Sales / Bank account reconciliation
- Post & allocate receipts accurately and in a timely manner
- Train and develop operations teams on financial acumen and policies
- Accountable for Cash Flow, Cash/Banking, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Capital Expenditures and Repair & Maintenance funds.
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in service industry
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Finance
- Very strong knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Oracle System is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Flexible availability to support the event schedule including evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays.
