About the role
- Provide HR generalist support for Corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE)
- Issue resolution and follow up for corporate COE’s including Hotline calls, performance management consulting, and policy interpretation
- HR metrics reporting and analysis
Requirements
- HR/SPHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent
- Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development required
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to train and make presentations
