About the role
- Support the objectives of the Accounting department
- Assist operating departments with forecasting, budget, labor and inventory controls
- Carry out daily credit control procedures
- Supervise customer accounts
- Meet all targets set out by the Company Plan
- Process and resolve customer accounts queries
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments
- Post & allocate receipts
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in service industry
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Experience of working with Oracle System – this would be an advantage
- Relevant or related financial qualification
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent phone manner
