About the role
- Build business partnerships with customers and meet their expectations
- Meet sales expectations and promote route growth and customer retention
- Identify new business opportunities and increase revenue
- Maintain effective relationships with customers and provide outstanding service
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of products
- Operate Company vehicle safely and comply with DOT requirements
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure quality conditions of products
- Communicate with team regarding customer issues and opportunities
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring heavy public contact
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT certification
- Ability to communicate efficiently with clients and operations staff
- Ability to respond quickly to changing demands
- Proficient or trained to sell products to customers
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Acceptable driving record in accordance with CMV policy
- Client interaction, communication, organization/time management skills are critical
