About the role
- Lead the account and supporting others within the region to ensure financial compliance.
- Work directly with District Manager, Regional Finance Manager, and Regional Financial Director to enforce procedures that maximize profit.
- Compile monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operating information.
- Ensure contract compliance, create client invoices and track the collection of receivables.
- Plan, direct, and organize accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Investigate variances to plan and projections and develop solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting / MBA preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive financial experience required, including AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management
- Budgeting, forecasting, financial cost control planning & analysis and monthly reporting experience is a must
- Demonstrate ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential.
