About the role

  • Lead the account and supporting others within the region to ensure financial compliance.
  • Work directly with District Manager, Regional Finance Manager, and Regional Financial Director to enforce procedures that maximize profit.
  • Compile monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operating information.
  • Ensure contract compliance, create client invoices and track the collection of receivables.
  • Plan, direct, and organize accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Investigate variances to plan and projections and develop solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting / MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive financial experience required, including AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management
  • Budgeting, forecasting, financial cost control planning & analysis and monthly reporting experience is a must
  • Demonstrate ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential.
