About the role
- Support objectives of the accounting department
- Assist operating departments with forecasting, budget, labor and inventory controls, analysis, auditing
- Maintain all financial records and reports
- Train and develop operations teams on financial acumen and policies
- Process weekly accounts payable and reconcile accounts
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in service industry
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Finance
- Very strong knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Oracle System is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have flexible availability to support the event schedule including evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays.
