About the role
- Plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services generating $2-15M+ in revenue
- Lead a team to provide excellent service to clients
- Manage client and community relationships at the location
- Continuously assess operations and develop plans for optimal service
- Manage a budget and assist in designing improvements for financial performance
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain associated records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
- Entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business
- Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management
- Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements
- Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
- Proven ability leading through other managers
- Experience creating and managing a department budget
- Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs
