About the role
- Represent HR on technical calls with vendors and internal IT teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize core HR and payroll systems.
- Manage integration between HR/Payroll systems and other enterprise platforms.
- Oversee technical support and incident resolution.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement system upgrades and patches.
Requirements
- Strong technical competence in MHR iTrent and SAP SuccessFactors (MWL).
- Advanced coding and scripting skills (SQL, Python, PowerShell).
- Integration expertise (APIs, SFTP, data transformation).
- Understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
- Qualifications in Human Resources, IT, or related fields.
