About the role
- Scheduling all concession employees in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Create and collect employee availability schedules
- Maintain the tracking of employee attendance and scheduling
- Coordinate concession employees for staffing of events
- Placement of employees for events
- Check-in concessions employees for work on event days
- Ensure all employees are in uniform; hand-out and collect uniforms as needed
- Ensure that employees are following ARAMARK's policies and procedures including those defined by the Employee Handbook and Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Distribute communications to employees as needed
- Address employee relations issues as needed
- Assist in the selection, hiring and on-boarding of new employees as needed
- Assist in the delivery and reinforcement of training programs as needed
- Assist with the recording and enforcement of accident/incident reporting as needed
- Support the HRM with all duties as needed
Requirements
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years work experience in a professional office setting
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
