About the role

  • Act as the functional lead on Employee Central topics and support clients throughout their HRIS transformation projects, from design to go-live
  • Lead project and delivery of end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
  • Prepare and facilitate functional workshops
  • Design, configure and validate EC solutions based on client requirements
  • Ensure data quality and manage data collection with clients
  • Adapt configurations to local legal and financial requirements
  • Organize and support testing, go-live and post go-live phases
  • Support change management activities
  • Provide training for end users and administrators
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to client teams
  • Participate in RFPs and pre-sales activities
  • Contribute to the development of EC offerings
  • Take part in webinars, workshops and internal knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Strong experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects in an international environment
  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its sub-modules (EC certification required; Time Management is a plus)
  • Good understanding of HR processes and HRIS ecosystems
  • Experience with testing and post-go-live support
  • Knowledge of project methodologies
  • Experience in client relationship management
