About the role

  • Manage CRM data (clients, contacts, pipeline), track quotes, orders, invoices, and prepare reports
  • Monitor dormant accounts, follow up on client activity, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Support roadmap updates (SAP Concur ecosystem), prepare client meetings, maintain sales materials
  • Contribute to consulting, training, and reporting for clients in the “run” phase
  • Participate in campaigns (webinars, events, mailings) and contribute to marketing & sales assets
  • Act as a connector between sales, marketing, finance, and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (Bac+2/3 minimum)
  • First experience in Sales Support, Account Coordination, Customer Success, or ADV is an asset
  • Knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, or Travel & Expense (T&E) solutions is a strong plus
  • Experience in the travel, expense, or hospitality industry highly valued
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and client-oriented mindset.
