About the role
- Manage CRM data (clients, contacts, pipeline), track quotes, orders, invoices, and prepare reports
- Monitor dormant accounts, follow up on client activity, and identify upsell opportunities
- Support roadmap updates (SAP Concur ecosystem), prepare client meetings, maintain sales materials
- Contribute to consulting, training, and reporting for clients in the “run” phase
- Participate in campaigns (webinars, events, mailings) and contribute to marketing & sales assets
- Act as a connector between sales, marketing, finance, and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (Bac+2/3 minimum)
- First experience in Sales Support, Account Coordination, Customer Success, or ADV is an asset
- Knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, or Travel & Expense (T&E) solutions is a strong plus
- Experience in the travel, expense, or hospitality industry highly valued
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and client-oriented mindset.
