About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital platforms.
  • - Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve KPIs such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • - Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and evaluate competitor performance.
  • - Utilize digital analytics and data to perform A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and refine audience targeting strategies.
  • - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.
  • - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and growth hacking.
  • - Develop detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • - Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
  • - 2+ years of proven experience in managing and optimizing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • - Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • - Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to clients and stakeholders.
