About the role
- - Publish and schedule posts across social media platforms according to the approved content calendar.
- - Upload and manage interactive stories (polls, quizzes, Q&A, etc.) aligned with each brand’s tone and campaign.
- - Review captions and visuals before publishing to ensure quality and accuracy.
- - Monitor and respond to all comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- - Communicate directly with customers through social media to answer inquiries and close orders efficiently.
- - Track and document interactions, leads, and orders in coordination with the sales or logistics teams.
- - Escalate sensitive issues or complaints to the relevant internal teams when needed.
- - Maintain each brand’s tone of voice and ensure consistent presence across all platforms.
Requirements
- - 1–2 years of experience in social media moderation or publishing, preferably in a marketing agency.
- - Strong written communication skills in Arabic (Egyptian & Gulf dialects) and working knowledge of English.
- - Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- - Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, sap chat , X, linked in, and social media scheduling platforms.
- - Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable with fast-paced daily operations.
- **Nice to Have**
- - Experience in e-commerce moderation, order handling, or social media sales.
- - Basic knowledge of content performance reporting.
