About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods
Prepare and organize shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading (BOLs)
Coordinate with external carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations and escalate potential shortages or discrepancies
Support reverse logistics and product return processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to improve supply chain visibility and responsiveness
Maintain accurate data flow between ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Assist with month-end inventory and warehouse reconciliations
Support vendor coordination, purchase order tracking, and delivery timeline management
Help identify opportunities to improve logistics workflows, operational efficiency, and data integrity
Ensure operational processes are followed consistently and accurately

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field
Understanding of shipping terminology and general logistics workflows from origin to destination
Experience working with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, or HubSpot is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory reconciliation, or process improvement initiatives is a plus
