About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact between Arable and strategic partners
- Build and manage strong relationships with corporate stakeholders, partners, and growers
- Participate in regular partner meetings to ensure alignment, progress, and accountability
- Represent Arable in high-visibility customer interactions and sustainability initiatives
- Lead the implementation of agricultural sustainability and water stewardship programs across Mexico
- Ensure programs are executed according to Arable’s standards and quality expectations
- Monitor progress, identify gaps, and proactively drive solutions across stakeholders
- Support the expansion of programs into new regions and customers
- Provide direction and oversight to partner field teams responsible for installation and maintenance
- Drive consistent, high-quality execution across multiple stakeholders
- Engage with growers where possible and ensure a strong overall customer experience
- Develop a strong understanding of Arable’s technology and data outputs
- Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with internal teams and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong background in agriculture, irrigation, agronomy, or agtech
- Proven experience managing external partnerships and stakeholders
- Experience implementing or leading programs across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to drive execution and accountability without direct authority
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working with technology and troubleshooting issues
- Experience in sustainability, water management, or environmental programs is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and high-visibility environment
