About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver Cradle-to-Grave subcontract support from solicitation through subcontract closeout
Collaborate with Subcontracts teammates and PM’s to identify and define subcontracting requirements
Ensure consistency of subcontract with legal requirements, customer specs, and government regulations
Prepare and disseminate critical subcontract status updates
Build and maintain positive relationships with division partners and subcontractors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (in lieu of experience) OR Associate’s degree + 1 to 3 years of experience OR 3+ years of experience without a degree
Familiarity with FAR/DFAR-based government procurement
Self-starter with excellent communication skills
Outstanding customer service
Detail-oriented
Experience with various contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M)
Ability to create and edit files in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel
