About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Address client needs, resolve issues, and manage escalations promptly
- Drive contract renewals and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide timely service
- Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or sales support within a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce for account management, reporting, and client updates.
- Knowledge of HR technology services and trends is a plus.
- High aptitude in a 100% remote environment which also requires synchronous collaboration at a very fast pace.
