About the role

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Emphasys solutions for assigned clients, including project set-up and scheduling
  • Configure software, provide training, and produce documentation to ensure smooth transitions
  • Run remote meetings, webinars, and training sessions; occasionally travel for client engagements including an annual conference
  • Provide Tier 2 escalation support and assist with testing new releases; contribute insights to developers
  • Review client workflows, recommend best practices, and guide organizations through process improvements
  • Participate in product demos and proposals to support sales
  • Prepare project documentation, maintain progress tracking using internal tools, and ensure milestones are delivered on time and on budget
  • Report to the Director of Professional Services

Requirements

  • Understand public housing processes such as rent calculation, recertification, work order management, occupancy, compliance, and resident services
  • Aptitude to configure software solutions
  • Experience may come from Public Housing Authority, non-profit, SaaS, ERP, or government environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedule meetings, track tasks, and keep projects moving using standard tools and PMI methodologies
  • Basic familiarity with databases and data structures
  • Understanding of how integrations work at a high level
  • Prior software implementation experience is an asset but not required if strong housing expertise
  • Self-starter with high initiative and ownership
  • Positive and personable attitude with patience, empathy, and tact
  • Customer-focused and solutions-driven with professional communication skills
  • Willing and able to travel to client sites up to 30% of the time
