About the role
- Identify and prospect companies that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Initiate and conduct commercial interactions through multiple channels: phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads using effective methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Talker and BANT.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Sales Executives, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Log all interactions in the CRM and ensure continuous data updates.
- Track and monitor performance against established targets, proposing continuous improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to maximize conversion rates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to adjust and refine the commercial approach.
Requirements
- Experience as a mid-level BDR with outbound prospecting.
- Experience in selling solutions in Cybersecurity, Technology and Consulting will be considered a relevant plus.
- Knowledge and practical application of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, among others.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Ramper, Snovio, and CRMs.
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in fields such as Business Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes, IT or related areas.
- Self-management, organizational skills and high proactivity, with a constant focus on results.
- Clear and persuasive communication, strong team spirit and ease in building relationships.
- Resilience in the face of challenges, curiosity and openness to feedback, always seeking continuous development.

- Fixed salary: BRL 3,000.00.
- Commissions between BRL 500.00 and BRL 750.00, based on targets and results achieved.
