About the role

  • Identify and prospect companies that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Initiate and conduct commercial interactions through multiple channels: phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads using effective methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Talker and BANT.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Sales Executives, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Log all interactions in the CRM and ensure continuous data updates.
  • Track and monitor performance against established targets, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to adjust and refine the commercial approach.

Requirements

  • Experience as a mid-level BDR with outbound prospecting.
  • Experience in selling solutions in Cybersecurity, Technology and Consulting will be considered a relevant plus.
  • Knowledge and practical application of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, among others.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Ramper, Snovio, and CRMs.
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in fields such as Business Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes, IT or related areas.
  • Self-management, organizational skills and high proactivity, with a constant focus on results.
  • Clear and persuasive communication, strong team spirit and ease in building relationships.
  • Resilience in the face of challenges, curiosity and openness to feedback, always seeking continuous development.

  • Commissions between BRL 500.00 and BRL 750.00, based on targets and results achieved.
