• As a **Senior Consultant Health Economist (Modeller)**, you will:
• - Provide expert advice on all Health Economics Modelling (HEM) matters.
• - Lead and conduct quantitative analytical work in particular the design and build of health economic models.
• - Lead the communication and dissemination of our findings via peer-reviewed journals, stakeholder engagement, reports, and white papers.
• - Combine strategic and agile critical thinking with robust evidence to provide actionable recommendations that solve diverse, complex problems for a range of clients (Pharma, MedTech, Govt agencies, Academic institutions, UN and other global organisations, etc.).
• - Provide clear direction, guidance and leadership to the project teams to ensure the effective delivery of projects.
• - Lead activities to identify clients’ needs, then design solutions that meet those needs in a value-centric way.
• - Build and nurture relationships with current and potential new clients to drive revenue growth.
• - Foster team development by strengthening the team's skills and capabilities, providing development feedback and creating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• - Provide formal line management for Consultants, Associate Consultants and Analysts, fostering their growth and performance.
