About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, source, screen, and prioritize contractor prospects in target markets
  • Vet prospects and conduct in-person field assessments
  • Deliver partner pitches, product demonstrations, and explain program economics
  • Conduct site walkthroughs and move prospects into onboarding
  • Manage partnership agreements, NDAs, data-sharing terms, and partner staff directories
  • Coordinate Hydropack delivery and confirm facility storage readiness
  • Oversee show site deployment, installation, and commissioning with operations and technical teams
  • Deliver in-person training and manage phased installation certification
  • Develop integration plans connecting each partner’s CRM, service, dispatch, scheduling, and reporting workflows with Aquaria’s processes
  • Serve as the primary partner contact and coordinate service escalations
  • Collaborate with marketing on approved co-branded outreach
  • Maintain partner engagement, production, and growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven B2B sales, channel, or partnerships experience with prospecting, pitching, and closing ability
  • Strong relationship-management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to partner sites
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Comfort working in job sites, contractor shops, and around equipment
  • Technical fluency in installation, electrical, and plumbing requirements
  • Ability to coordinate installations without performing them
  • Self-directed and organized, with ability to manage a prospect pipeline and active partner portfolio
  • Background in or selling to plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, electrical, or construction trades preferred
  • Experience standing up or managing a channel, dealer, or franchise program preferred
  • Familiarity with contractor CRM systems such as ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro and marketing/CRM tools preferred
  • Interest in water technology, sustainability, or off-grid/resilience products preferred
