About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive operational transformation through process optimization and automation design.
- Identify inefficiencies, analyze workflows, and develop detailed business requirements for automation and process redesign.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with organizational goals.
- Transition to the change enablement team for implementation.
- Conduct deep-dive assessments of operational workflows to uncover inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to validate improvement potential and quantify expected benefits.
- Direct and coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, vendors) during solution design phases.
- Coach and mentor employees on Lean Six Sigma principles.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7 years in process improvement, business analysis, or automation strategy roles.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
- Proven experience leading complex initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies (RPA, workflow platforms, API-driven solutions).
- Experience in financial services or operations environments.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, PMP).
