About the role

  • Manage and lead the organizations Product Pricing and Portfolio Valuation Analysis activities
  • Collaborate with Sales and Credit team members to develop loan program annual percentage rates (APRs)
  • Understand the required rate of returns for lending programs using market securitizations and whole loan sale valuations
  • Support the funding needs of the organization through pricing of loans
  • Interact with the Treasury team to support Aqua’s structured finance activities
  • Coordinate the review of loan interest rate offerings
  • Mentor team members and supervise the Data Analytics Pricing Analyst team’s priorities and workload
  • Analyze and forecast financial, economic and other data related to Pricing for strategic and operational decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science or technical discipline or commensurate work experience required
  • 8 years of technical related experience is required
  • 5 years of financial industry experience required
  • 5 years of people management experience required
  • Model and valuation experience preferred
  • Ability to use or learn reporting analytic tools such as SQL language and/or Power BI
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
