About the role
- Investigating and preventing financial losses within the company
- Skip tracing and target calling campaigns
- Receiving inbound collections & 2nd voice calls
- Monitoring email inboxes and updating accounts or responding to customers as appropriate
- Making outbound dials from calling queues to resolve customer accounts
- Spotting trends on first payment defaults and reporting information to the Resolution Team
- Assisting in answering appropriate overflow ring group calls
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates beneficial
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible work arrangements
