About the role

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries for SaaS products and digital transformation solutions.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new verticals, industries, or segments for business expansion.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new client acquisition.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Craft persuasive value propositions tailored to client needs and challenges.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities for additional services and support.
  • Focus on increasing top-line revenue through new and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS or Digital Transformation solution sales (preferably in the Pakistan/MENA/APAC market).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of digital transformation and SaaS ecosystems.
