About the role
- Embark on a journey with Aqovia.
- Manage IT operations, resources, and support for a team of up to 80 people working in a hybrid structure.
- Hardware ordering and procurement: Assess hardware needs, manage vendor relationships, monitor IT equipment budget.
- Configuration and Provisioning: Install operating systems, set up user accounts, ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Servicing, Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues, maintain systems, provide hands-on support.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate delivery/setup for new hires, manage return of equipment for departing employees.
- Help Desk and User Support: Set up ticketing system, deliver excellent service to users.
- Asset and Licence Management: Maintain inventory, track device lifecycles and licenses.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare/update policy documentation, ensure compliance with data protection laws.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365 and common collaboration tools.
- Experience setting up and managing ticketing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in IT support, procurement, and licence management.
- A customer-service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Good understanding of networking, security, and device management principles.
