About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing recruitment activity across associate(non-marker), permanent and FTC roles
- Preparing and publishing job adverts, ensuring accuracy, inclusivity and effective use of media channels
- Screening, assessing and shortlisting candidates using fair, consistent criteria
- Coordinating assessments, tasks, interviews and onboarding activity
- Maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience delivering recruitment at pace, managing high‑volume workloads accurately
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and multiple pipelines
- A blend of internal and agency recruitment experience, offering strong 360 visibility
- Confidence across the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy briefing through to onboarding
- A capable, proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and collaborate effectively
