About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strong customer interaction skills, including ability to work with various senior level stakeholders across multiple tasks.
- Proactive with demonstrated success managing multiple, concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Manage project teams to create delivery schedules, ensure adherence to program / project delivery targets, curate program and project plans, generate status reports, facilitate program planning and status update sessions, and provide administrative and programmatic support where required.
- Design and implement lean, responsive processes to support program planning and resource management within the Jira application, guided by Lean Agile principles.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track team capacity and support rapid reallocation during surge events
- Coordinate dependencies across triage, workflow, training, and change-management workstreams
- Support PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops to align prioritization to government needs
- Help protect team focus while meeting rapid-response demands
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience facilitating Agile teams in a delivery environment
- SAFe, Lean Portfolio, or Agile experience (SSM or equivalent)
- Prior work on VA or healthcare IT programs, particularly Feder EHR or Oracle/Cerner
