About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee project management activities for IT and health service projects, ensuring compliance with federal and agency standards
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support the provision of medical care and development of program initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Project management experience required
  • Demonstrated expertise managing enterprise Health IT programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects spanning clinical, technical, and operational domains
  • Advanced knowledge of program governance structures, including executive steering committees, decision forums, escalation paths, and performance reporting
  • Proven ability to develop and manage integrated program schedules, dependencies, cross-Unit coordination, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, including resource constraints, integration dependencies, and operational impacts
  • Experience producing executive-level briefings, decision memos, and status reports tailored to senior leadership audiences
  • Demonstrated skill aligning program outcomes to organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and mission priorities
  • Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving requirements and shifting priorities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE fitness determination (public trust) and execute a DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
