About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serves as the primary Task Order Manager responsible for the full lifecycle of program and project management activities
Assists VA leadership in the execution of targeted program goals by developing and maintaining detailed project plans
Facilitates coordination across interdisciplinary teams, federal stakeholders, and contractor personnel
Develops, reviews, and delivers high-quality programmatic artifacts including status reports, briefings, and executive-level presentations
Identifies program risks, issues, and dependencies and recommends corrective action plans
Supports change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications planning efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare program and project management
Master's Degree required in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Program Management, or a closely related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting a large corporation or federal government agency
Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
