About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as Team Lead for the WV-QIP Phase II project.
- Lead the development, review, and implementation of quality improvement frameworks.
- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities.
- Oversee the assessment of VA Medical Center performance data.
- Mentor and provide technical direction to project team members.
- Monitor project progress against established timelines and performance metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration and executive leadership within the VA healthcare system.
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Direct, hands-on experience working within the Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare enterprise.
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA facility access credentials.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a federal contracting or government program environment.
