Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the day-to-day execution, coordination, and management of program operations supporting large-scale federal transition assistance services for military Service members and Veterans
Managing workforce operations, monitoring performance metrics, supporting staffing and deployment activities
Tracking operational risks and ensuring continuity of services across all assigned locations
Overseeing operational reporting and facilitating communication between stakeholders
Supporting training and onboarding initiatives and assisting with implementing quality assurance and process improvement efforts
Ensuring operational alignment with program management plans and supporting issue resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

6 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Proven experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a dispersed workforce
Ability to issue directives and schedules necessary to ensure effective project management
Ability to manage competing deadlines
Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government
Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
