About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate current-state radiology and teleradiology operations
- Assess operational effectiveness, staffing utilization, workflow efficiency, and service reliability across supported facilities
- Provide recommendations to improve radiology workflow execution, scalability, and operational sustainability
- Conduct workflow mapping and process analysis across clinical operations and technical support functions
- Support development of demand-capacity models and performance threshold analyses
- Collaborate with quality management stakeholders to support future-state recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Informatics, Information Technology, or related healthcare or technical field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Radiology operations, Teleradiology services, Enterprise imaging environments, or Healthcare imaging informatics
- Demonstrated experience with PACS/RIS administration or operational support, Enterprise imaging workflows, Imaging interoperability and integration, Clinical radiology operations, or Healthcare workflow analysis
- CIIP (Certified Imaging Informatics Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma, ITIL or healthcare IT certifications preferred
