About the role
- Create and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with partners (system integrators, technology partners, channels)
- Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to design programs that extend reach, strengthen messaging, and deliver measurable pipeline
- Elevate partner marketing to be a strategic growth driver focusing on pipeline creation, joint demand generation, and intentional planning
- Define and execute partner marketing cross-channel campaigns aligned with Aptitude’s growth priorities
- Drive measurable partner-sourced pipeline contribution and report on impact
- Build compelling joint value propositions and messaging with partners
- Design and deliver co-marketing campaigns (events, content, digital, ABM) to generate leads and opportunities
- Strengthen partner enablement with tailored content, playbooks, and training
- Develop trusted relationships internally and externally to ensure joint success
- Act as connector between sales, product, and marketing teams and balance partner priorities with Aptitude’s growth objectives
- Innovate in how partnerships are leveraged to create demand and credibility
Requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in partner, channel, or alliance marketing within B2B SaaS or technology
- Strong track record of building and executing joint go-to-market campaigns
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pipeline management and reporting
- Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate partner needs into joint demand generation opportunities
- Creative thinker with strong execution discipline
