About the role
- Contribute to commercial development and internal project monitoring.
- Define and implement sector-specific commercial strategy.
- Lead responses to tenders and commercial proposals.
- Ensure full account management: commercial negotiation, contract monitoring, and establishment of performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in candidate recruitment.
- Support clients throughout the commercial cycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial tools and methods.
- Lead engagements and coordinate technical experts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, commercial management, or project management in the railway, transport, or infrastructure sector.
- Master's degree (engineering, business, or equivalent) with specialization or significant experience in rail or transport.
- Good understanding of railway challenges and the ability to communicate with technical and operational stakeholders.
- Proven experience in responding to public and private tenders, contractual negotiation, developing complex proposals, and managing commercial processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines.
