About the role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility projects across U.S. benefits administration
  • Own delivery outcomes and benefits realization for assigned initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of contact and thought partner for assigned initiatives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues
  • Apply established project governance, reporting, and documentation standards
  • Support financial stewardship of initiatives including tracking spend
  • Innovate, drive, and support continuous client-centric improvement efforts
  • Ensure projects align with U.S. regulatory, data privacy, and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale projects
  • Strong hands-on project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent story telling skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma) preferred
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • 10+ years of transformation, project management, or similar experience
  • Consulting experience is a plus
