Project Coordinator PMO – Invoicing Focus

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project managers with administrative project planning using our internal PMO tool
- Train project managers and provide assistance with questions
- Own the monthly project invoicing and invoice management
- Ensure project data quality and prepare project analyses
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
- Experience in administrative project execution and/or PMO is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office 365, especially Excel, and technical affinity for various tools
- Flexible and independent working style
- Strong German and English language skills (minimum C1 level)
