Project Coordinator, PMO

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support our project managers with administrative project planning using our internal PMO tool
- You provide training and act as the point of contact for questions
- Responsible for monthly project invoicing and the related invoice management
- Ensure the quality of project data, including project reporting and analyses
- Support process documentation and ensure consistent project management (PM) standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree
- Experience in administrative project execution and in the PMO area is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office 365, especially Excel
- Comfortable working with a variety of software tools
- Flexible, self-directed working style
- Strong German and English skills (at least C1 level)
