About the role

  • During your six-month working-student position you will support us in a versatile, responsible, and high-impact role at our Bielefeld office.
  • You review our existing policies and identify what is truly important—clear, understandable, and to the point for our employees.
  • From the guidelines you develop practical tips and actionable recommendations that support day-to-day work.
  • You keep information up to date and contribute to continuously improving our internal knowledge sharing.
  • You ensure that access rights are properly managed and compliant with data protection regulations.
  • Your deliverables include compact guides and infographics to optimize information use across the company.
  • You work closely with management, align content with stakeholders, and gain valuable insights into strategic processes.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Informatics, Economics, Business Psychology, or a comparable field.
  • You know how to use common AI tools effectively and purposefully.
  • Experience with Confluence or basic knowledge of web programming is a plus.
  • You enjoy working in a structured way, are well organized, and keep track even when handling large amounts of information.
  • You have a good eye for detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
  • You are open and communicative, proactively reach out to others, and enjoy working in a team.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken—as you will work with content and colleagues in both languages.
  • Some practical experience is an advantage.
